Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will own and execute the company’s digital ecosystem, including website management, CRM operations, and coordination with an external paid media agency. This role plays a key part in driving customer acquisition, increasing repeat visits, and optimizing the digital customer journey across all bowling center locations.

Website Management & Optimization
- Manage and maintain the company’s websites across all locations, ensuring accuracy, performance, and brand consistency
- Optimize user experience (UX/UI), site speed, SEO, and conversion funnels
- Coordinate updates for promotions, events, pricing, league signups, and online booking features
- Work with developers or CMS platforms (WordPress) to implement enhancements
- Monitor website analytics and continuously improve performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, engagement)
CRM & Customer Lifecycle Marketing
- Own and manage CRM platform (HubSpot)
- Build and execute email and SMS campaigns to drive repeat visits, league participation, and event bookings
- Segment customer audiences based on behavior, frequency, and preferences
- Develop automated customer journeys (welcome series, reactivation, loyalty, birthday campaigns)
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Digital Campaign Management (Agency Collaboration)
- Serve as the primary liaison with third-party paid media agency (Google Ads, Meta, display, etc.)
- Define campaign strategies, budgets, and KPIs in alignment with business goals
- Review performance reports and provide feedback to optimize ROI and CAC
- Ensure consistent messaging, targeting, and brand voice across all campaigns
- Align paid efforts with organic, CRM, and onsite initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key digital marketing KPIs (traffic, conversions, CPL, ROI, retention rates, coupon redemptions)
- Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and ad platform reporting
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Measure performance across multiple locations and identify growth opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, events, and sales teams to support promotions and programming
- Ensure local store marketing initiatives are supported digitally
- Maintain opening hours across platforms
- Collaborate with brand marketing on landing pages, email templates, and ad assets
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong experience managing websites and CMS platforms
- Hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing tools
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and marketing automation best practices
- Strong experience with Google Analytics
- Experience working with external agencies or managing paid media programs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in multi-location retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries
- Familiarity with booking/reservation systems or event-driven businesses
- Experience with Hubspot and Wordpress

401k Information:
You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
