Position Overview The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for driving the execution, performance, and optimization of digital content across all guest-facing platforms, including the company website, mobile app, and email marketing channels. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing, this role is instrumental in shaping a high-performing digital presence that reflects the elevated standards of the resort while delivering measurable business impact.As the resort's primary digital storefront, the website is the most critical guest touchpoint. This role will focus heavily on managing, optimizing, and enhancing the digital guest experience—ensuring it is accurate, visually compelling, and strategically designed to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue.This position is ideal for a technically driven digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of content, performance, analytics, and UX/UI optimization, and is passionate about continuously improving the digital guest journey.Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Own the day-to-day updates and ongoing optimization of the company websiteEnsure content meets the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and brand excellenceRemove expired content and past events within 24 hours to maintain a polished, current site experienceContinuously improve content, site structure, and user flows to enhance engagement and conversionApply an understanding of UX/UI principles to optimize usability, navigation, and overall digital experienceLeverage analytics and performance data to inform updates and enhancementsServe as the digital steward of the website, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectivesManage updates across staging (test) and production (live) environmentsFollow best practices for staging, QA, and deployment to ensure seamless releasesUtilize working knowledge of HTML to support content updates and troubleshootingManage and maintain digital assets (copy, imagery, video) with consistency and precisionMonitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics and related toolsTranslate performance data into actionable insights that improve content effectiveness and user experienceSupport a performance-driven content strategy aligned with business goalsUtilize testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) to run experiments and validate improvementsExecute SEO best practices, including: Keyword strategyMetadata optimizationAlt-text implementationStructured content and media taggingEnsure all content is optimized for search visibility and discoverabilityStay current with evolving trends such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-driven searchOversee content updates and enhancements for the mobile appEnsure consistency and seamless experience across all digital touchpointsMaintain accurate and up-to-date business listings across third-party platforms, including, but not limited to: Google Business ProfileYelpSupport end-to-end content creation for restaurant and resort email campaignsPartner with the CRM team to: Develop monthly newsletter contentEnhance pre-arrival guest communicationsAssist with campaign scheduling, deployment, and performance optimizationPartner with internal teams (F&B, hotel operations, entertainment, etc.) to execute content updatesBuild strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and timely deliveryCollaborate with external vendors and partners as neededMaintain a polished and professional presence in all interactionsSupport on-property digital display contentCreate and refine written and visual digital contentProactively identify opportunities to enhance digital experience and drive performanceTemporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessaryQualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
