We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategy for a major law firm. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in professional services marketing, preferably within a law firm environment, and strong expertise in HubSpot CRM management and digital campaign strategy.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving lead generation, increasing brand visibility, improving client engagement, and supporting business development initiatives through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the firm’s HubSpot CRM platform, including workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and website platforms
  • Oversee website content, SEO performance, and user experience improvements
  • Create and maintain marketing automation campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, KPIs, lead generation metrics, and ROI
  • Collaborate with attorneys and leadership on marketing initiatives and business development strategies
  • Manage client communication and email marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and marketing agencies as needed
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications
  • Stay informed on legal marketing trends, CRM best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM implementation, administration, and automation
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy
  • Experience managing marketing automation workflows and reporting dashboards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal marketing and professional services marketing
  • HubSpot certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing technology platforms
  • Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress
  • Knowledge of client acquisition and lead generation strategies
