Be part of our team that is transforming the chemical, ingredient, and industrial finished products industry.Primary PurposeThe primary purpose of the Digital Marketing Manager, Plastics & Elastomers (P&E) is to develop, execute, and report on customer-facing strategic marketing plans and activities in collaboration with suppliers and product management. This role is responsible for the successful implementation of traditional and digital marketing campaigns for ChemPoint to maximize new business.Success in this role requires prior marketing experience within the personal care and/or nutrition industries, including familiarity with formulation-driven products, supplier collaboration, and customer decision-making in P&E markets.What You'll DoPartner with Product Managers, Industry Managers, and Suppliers to develop and report on targeted marketing plans by industry teamDefine goals and strategic initiativesConduct market analysisDefine customer segments and determine target marketsBuild presentation decks and present market insights, analysis, and consultation on the execution of strategic initiatives to supplier partnersDevelop value propositions and messaging frameworksServe as the marketing lead for the P&E industry, developing market insights, identifying formulation trends, and transforming supplier strategies into effective customer-facing campaignsAnalyze the most effective marketing channels for strategic execution of product lines and industriesLaunch channel activities (SEO, AEO, PPC advertising, email, social media, phone campaigns, etc.) to drive digital engagement, traffic, conversions, and/or market insightsDevelop new content to drive customer traffic and conversions for existing and new product lines, industries, and trendsDevelop processes and systems to optimize the marketing process and conversion ratesMeasure and report on digital and non-digital conversion rates, sales cycle time, and lead generationPerform other related duties as required or requestedWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience is required5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, management, and direct sales, preferably as a Market Analyst, Technical Salesperson, Product Manager, or equivalent(Preferred) 3+ years of experience in a technical or business capacity for the plastics and elastomer formulation industriesStrong knowledge and experience using PC and Windows operating systemsStrong knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skillsExpertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, primarily online across all digital marketing channelsExcellent ability to solve complex and challenging situationsStrong written and verbal communication and active listening skillsAbility to adapt behavior and communication style to effectively interact with others when addressing challenges and objectivesKnowledge of marketing strategies and proper short- and long-term executionWhere You'll WorkThis is a hybrid role in Bellevue, WAPay and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $98,000 - $135,000 annually.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.Available employee benefits include health, vision, dental coverage, along with industry-leading retirement and time off programs.What You Can ExpectStrong work/life flexibility.To be surrounded by an inclusive team who is collaborative and committed to the achievement of the company.To be rewarded for your contributions with a targeted annual company bonus and annual salary reviews.Competitive pay and benefits.We are ChemPoint.
