About the Role<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

We’re looking for a strategic, hands -on SEM Manager<\/b> to join our internal marketing team and drive growth for our three in -house brands (PostcardMania, PCM Integrations and Rocket Print & Mail)<\/b>. This role is not client -facing<\/b>. You’ll focus exclusively on building, optimizing, and scaling paid and organic search and paid social programs that support our company’s own marketing goals.<\/span>
<\/p>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Own and manage Search Engine Marketing<\/b> across our three internal brands<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and execute SEO strategies<\/b> to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns<\/b> across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage and scale paid social advertising<\/b> across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as needed<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, web, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools and dashboards<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices<\/span>

What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/b>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>3+ years of experience in SEM, SEO, and paid media management<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven success managing PPC and paid social campaigns<\/b> with measurable results<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content optimization<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)<\/span>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action<\/span>
<\/p>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously<\/span>

·         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Self -starter who thrives in a fast -paced marketing environment<\/span>

  • 3+ years of experience in SEM, SEO, and paid media management
