Now Hiring: Digital Personalization Manager

Location: Remote (EST Hours)
Pay: $65.03 - $93.93/hour
Duration: 1 Year Contract with Possible Extension

The Fountain Group is hiring a Digital Personalization Manager for a prominent client. We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong background in banking, credit, financial services, or fintech who can lead personalization strategy and optimize customer digital experiences.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital personalization, campaign management, and A/B testing
  • Banking, credit card, consumer lending, financial services, or fintech experience is REQUIRED
  • Experience leading teams responsible for building digital campaigns and web personalization strategies
  • Experience gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into personalized digital campaigns
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams to develop campaign tracking and performance measurement
  • Hands-on experience with website personalization, audience segmentation, targeting, and optimization

Technical Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Adobe Target (Adobe Test & Target)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Pega
  • Dynamic Yield
  • Optimizely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with CMS platforms
  • Exposure to Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience managing personalization roadmaps and digital customer journeys

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital personalization strategy across web and mobile experiences
  • Build and execute targeted personalization campaigns
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing initiatives
  • Partner with digital product owners, marketing, analytics, and technology teams
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into implementation roadmaps
  • Improve customer engagement through segmentation, targeting, and optimization
  • Manage campaign execution from planning through launch and performance analysis
