The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Marketing Communications through the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns designed to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue across vehicle and eCommerce business lines. This 12-month contract role, with possible extension, operates in a hybrid setting with 2-3 in-office days per week and is classified as exempt and not eligible for overtime. The role supports direct-to-consumer strategy, paid media performance, campaign analytics, creative development, and data-driven optimization across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of DTC (direct-to-consumer) strategy as well as oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display, social and other platforms.
  • Manage creative development for the Always On marketing campaign, which includes creative brief development, providing feedback, overseeing internal approvals and deployment of creative assets across models.
  • Support planning and execution of data driven marketing tests to optimize paid media performance (i.e. CDP tests, Dynamic Creative Optimization, CRM/1st party Targeting etc..)
  • Assist with the development and execution of campaign objectives, strategies and tactics for driving traffic, including helping to facilitate relationships with creative and media agencies as well as CRM.
  • Advance analytics and reporting capabilities across the Always On campaign to ensure results are merchandised and resources are allocated efficiently. Identify key insights and lessons learned to improve future campaign direction and results.
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager in the development and management of annual eCommerce strategy and planning across eCommerce focused business units. Identify and execute cross-BU synergies that illustrate the power of shared data optimization.
  • Serve as the driver on specific launch campaigns tactics, including executing media partnerships and developing creative assets.
  • Explore opportunities to track and further impact online car sales actions.
  • Support analytics and ad hoc reporting requests for MarCom, including the distillation of insights through structured reporting, dashboards, and clear communication of results.
  • Support annual planning across eCommerce focused business units. Identify cross-BU synergies that illustrate the power of shared data optimization.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between national marketing and eCommerce oriented business units, ensuring seamless campaign integration, clear representation of eCommerce priorities and KPIs, and performance-driven execution across planning, launch, and post-campaign phases.
  • Support the development and execution of data-driven 1:1 and digital media programs, tracking KPIs and optimizing messaging to drive conversion and efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:

Education:

Bachelor's degree, ideally in business with a focus in marketing and/or advertising. Ideal to have eCommerce marketing experience.

Experience (Job and Industry):

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or marketing project management within a performance-driven environment.
Demonstrated experience in campaign reporting, performance analytics, and dashboard development.
Experience coordinating cross-channel digital campaigns (paid media, CRM/email, social, web).
Experience working with external agencies and internal stakeholders across marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
Experience in DTC or eCommerce marketing is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with digital KPI tracking including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, AOV, and campaign performance metrics.
