The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Marketing Communications through the development, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns designed to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue across vehicle and eCommerce business lines. This 12-month contract role, with possible extension, operates in a hybrid setting with 2–3 in-office days per week and is classified as exempt and not eligible for overtime. The role supports direct-to-consumer strategy, paid media performance, campaign analytics, creative development, and data-driven optimization across digital channels.

Required:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business with a focus in marketing and/or advertising. Ideal to have eCommerce marketing experience.
Experience (Job and Industry):
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or marketing project management within a performance-driven environment.
Demonstrated experience in campaign reporting, performance analytics, and dashboard development.
Experience coordinating cross-channel digital campaigns (paid media, CRM/email, social, web).
Experience working with external agencies and internal stakeholders across marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
Experience in DTC or eCommerce marketing is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with digital KPI tracking including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, AOV, and campaign performance metrics.

The base range for this contract position is $23.65 – $33.65 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
