Contribute ideas for social media content campaign concepts and digital storytelling initiatives. Create edit and publish social media content across platforms including posts stories reels and short-form video for product marketing promotions and e-commerce. Utilize AI-assisted tools to support content ideation copy development workflow efficiency and creative production. Support photography product shoots and content production as needed. Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns related to e-commerce product launches and promotions. Monitor and analyze competitor content social channels digital marketing strategies and stay current on social media trends platform changes content formats and emerging tools. Support email marketing efforts including ideation customer segmentation and promotional campaigns through Klaviyo MailChimp. Assist with organization and maintenance of digital assets including file management naming conventions revisions and archiving. Collaborate with Customer Service and Marketing teams in managing brand communications reviews and customer feedback. Support additional marketing and content-related projects as assigned.
