Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SEO, implementing paid media strategies, overseeing website content management, and driving email marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will help drive online visibility, enhance user engagement, and optimize conversion rates across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques.

  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular performance reports.

  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes, ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Paid Media Strategy:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

  • Create paid search and display ad strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are delivering results.

  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

  • Provide regular performance analysis and recommendations for optimization.

  • Website Content Management:

  • Oversee the content management and updates for the company website.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create and update engaging, SEO-friendly content.

  • Ensure all web content is aligned with the brand voice and messaging.

  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience across all digital touchpoints.

  • Email Marketing Management:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

  • Manage the email marketing calendar, segment email lists, and develop targeted campaigns.

  • Design and optimize email templates to align with branding and ensure a high level of user experience.

  • Track and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

  • Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing, subject line optimization, and content adjustments.

  • Integrate email marketing efforts with other digital channels and campaigns.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track website traffic, conversions, email performance, and user behavior.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on SEO performance, paid media campaigns, email marketing results, and overall digital marketing performance.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve overall digital marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work closely with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Provide support in developing digital marketing strategies for new product launches or promotional campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO management, paid media strategies, website content management, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns (list management, automation, design, testing, and optimization).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Experience with social media marketing and paid social campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email automation tools.
