Our clients are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute high-impact strategies across paid search, organic search, and emerging AI-driven search platforms. This role is hands-on and strategic—focused on driving qualified leads and measurable revenue through smart, data-backed marketing efforts.


Location: North Houston Area - position is 100% Onsite

  • Own the Digital Lead Generation Engine
  • We are seeking a highly driven **Digital Marketing Specialist** who thrives on generating measurable business results through paid search marketing. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of digital lead generation efforts, drive strategy, influence business leaders, and directly impact revenue growth across multiple business units.
  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads, PPC campaign management, website analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing performance reporting.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Paid Search Marketing (Primary Focus)
  • Lead, develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Improve campaign performance through keyword strategy, ad testing, bidding optimization, audience targeting, and landing page recommendations
Website Analytics & Reporting:
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion data, and campaign performance
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing reports
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights
  • Track and report on lead generation and marketing-driven revenue
SEO & AI Search Optimization:
  • Support ongoing SEO initiatives designed to improve keyword rankings and organic visibility
  • Assist with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) optimization efforts, including visibility within AI-generated search results
  • Stay current on emerging AI-driven marketing trends and technologies
Website & Content Support:
  • Collaborate on website updates and optimization efforts
  • Work within WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Support digital content initiatives as needed
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of Paid Search (PPC/SEM) experience managing Google Ads and/or Bing Ads campaigns
  • 3+ years of website analytics and reporting experience
  • 3+ years of digital marketing performance reporting experience
  • 3+ years implementing digital lead generation strategies in a B2B environment (very important)
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven optimization decisions
  • Experience with Google Analytics, tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and CRM systems
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
