Volpe Enterprises is a full-service design/build complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our Marketing team. We offer 401K employer match, Medical, Dental and Vision, PTO and company-sponsored events.

Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.


The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving qualified lead generation
through the company & digital marketing channels. This role serves as the primary
liaison between internal marketing teams and external digital marketing agencies,
ensuring all digital initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HubSpot, website management,
local SEO, technical SEO, conversion optimization, and digital lead generation. They
will work closely with agency partners to improve website performance, increase local
search visibility, optimize user experience, and generate a consistent flow of qualified
leads for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and design-build services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with digital marketing agencies to develop, execute, and optimize lead
    generation strategies across Paid Search, Local Service Ads, Programmatic,
    Display, Paid Social, Retargeting, and other digital channels.
  • Serve as the internal owner of the company website, coordinating updates,
    landing page development, content implementation, and user experience
    improvements to maximize lead conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, including lead volume, lead
    quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, website traffic, engagement, and return
    on investment.
  •  Manage and optimize HubSpot, including forms, landing pages, workflows, email
    campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, integrations, and marketing attribution
    reporting.
  • Develop and implement local SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, search
    rankings, and market share within targeted service areas.
  • Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles, local citations, and online
    listings while supporting review generation and reputation management efforts.
  • Track key performance indicators, prepare regular performance reports, and
    provide actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness
    and lead generation results.
  •  Monitor competitor digital activity, search rankings, and industry trends to identify
    opportunities for growth, increased market visibility, and continuous improvement
    of the company's online presence.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals.
