Job Overview – Digital Marketing SpecialistAtlantic Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist in Middlesex County, MA for our client, supporting digital marketing, email marketing, website management, and content development. This contract role is responsible for creating digital marketing assets, managing website content, executing email campaigns, and supporting multi‑channel marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, graphic design, website administration, and campaign analytics.Location: Middlesex County, MA, MassachusettsType: TemporaryJob #: 49697Compensation: $40/hourSchedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Responsibilities as the Digital Marketing SpecialistSupport the execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels.Create digital marketing assets, including website content, email campaigns, social media content, and other promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.Maintain website content, updates, and performance to support user experience.Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, maintain email templates, and support marketing automation initiatives.Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide insights to support continuous improvement.Partner with cross‑functional teams to support marketing initiatives, content development, and campaign execution.Qualifications for the Digital Marketing SpecialistBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is required.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, website administration, and email marketing is required.Experience with digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, email marketing, and campaign optimization is required. Experience within the healthcare or medical device industry is required.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, marketing automation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.Strong communication, project management, creative, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and deliver high‑quality marketing campaigns are required.Application NoticeQualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
