Digital Marketing Specialist
Full Time • Fully Remote – US (Must be within driving distance of Roseville, MN)

About the Role
DirectClicks is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on SEO and search visibility. This role supports campaign execution and optimization across multiple digital marketing channels.


This role may be filled at varying experience levels depending on candidate qualifications.


What You’ll Do

•  Execute local SEO campaigns and optimization strategies. 
•  Support Google Business Profile optimization. 
•  Perform SEO research and implementation tasks. 
•  Assist with digital marketing campaigns and execution. 
•  Maintain organization across campaign systems and workflows. 
•  Communicate with internal teams and assist with client updates. 

What We’re Looking For

•  Experience in SEO or digital marketing preferred. 
•  Strong attention to detail and organization. 
•  Ability to manage work independently in a remote environment. 
•  Strong communication skills. 
•  Ability to meet deadlines and follow structured processes. 
• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment
This is a remote role. Candidates must be located within driving distance of Roseville, Minnesota for periodic in-person team collaboration.


Compensation & Benefits

•  $60,000 – $70,000+ annually OR $20–$30/hour based on experience. 
•  Monthly team bonus potential. 
•  3% retirement match. 
•  Health insurance (50% employer-paid). 
•  PTO and company holidays.
