Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and scaling TurboTax's referral programs to drive organic customer growth. The lead will conceptualize, launch, and optimize initiatives that encourage existing customers to advocate for the product. Success will be measured by the growth of referrals as a key acquisition channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the strategy for referral programs.
- Optimize the end-to-end referral funnel for engagement and conversion.
- Personalize referral offers and messaging for different customer segments.
- Integrate referral mechanisms seamlessly into the customer journey.
- Build and manage a continuous experimentation roadmap to improve program performance.
Must-Have Skills:- Proven experience in consumer growth or referral programs.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to partner effectively with product teams.
Industry Experience:- Experience in the consumer technology or financial services industry is preferred.
