To help us continue to grow our offerings, we're searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation and measurable performance for the business. The ideal candidate will not only manage and optimize campaigns but also oversee and hold digital agencies accountable to performance standards.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Develop lead generation strategies for Solatube Home and Premier Dealers

Agency Management & Dealer Support:

  • Oversee digital agencies and hold them accountable to KPIs
  • Support Solatube Home and Premier Dealers with campaign strategy and optimization

Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CPL and conversions
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting

Tracking & Attribution:

  • Manage conversion tracking, GA4, and Tag Manager
  • Improve full funnel attribution and lead flow automation

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Create performance reports and dashboards
  • Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS

Creative & Messaging Management:

  • Manage development and deployment of ad messaging, images, and video assets across all platforms
  • Ensure all creative assets are launched accurately and on time to support campaign objectives
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and external partners to produce high-performing assets
  • Continuously test and optimize creative elements to improve engagement and conversion performance

Collaboration:

  • Work with creative and e-commerce teams to improve performance
  • Communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on digital trends and test new strategies

Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree, or business experience.

  • 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.

  • Knowledgeable in HubSpot email automation setup and management.

  • Worked in many different CRM systems.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Experience with GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
