Zimmer is looking for a digital marketing analyst to join our digital marketing team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, collecting and analyzing campaign data, optimizing digital campaign performance, creating client presentations and communicating with the sales and marketing team on digital campaigns.To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should be comfortable reviewing and analyzing campaign data with the ability to identify digital trends and the most effective digital strategies for clients. A top-performing digital marketing analyst should be analytical, detail-oriented, organized and communicate clearly within a team environment.Primary Responsibilities :B2B digital sales-current and new accountsManagement of both large and small digital campaigns including SEM, Display, Video, Remarketing and Connected TVJoin sales team on client meetings to help close digital accountsOwnership of digital marketing strategies to hit client goalsDevelopment of digital strategies with internal team to hit revenue goalsMonitor and adjust digital campaigns weekly to achieve client goalsWork with leadership team to innovate and grow the digital departmentMeet with sales staff regularly to provide support and feedback on digital platformsConduct monthly meetings with current digital clients to review analytics and pacing to client goals and objectivesExecute digital training for sales management, account executives and other team membersContinue to grow the digital department and revenue with new technology and capabilities to maintain a competitive advantage in the market for Zimmer CommunicationsQualifications :2 years working in digital marketing or equivalent experienceGoogle Ads Search CertificationGoogle Analytics Individual Qualification (familiarity with GA4 preferred)Understanding of digital marketing metrics and experience analyzing digital marketing performanceExperience managing Google Ads search campaignsWorking knowledge of Google AnalyticsWorking knowledge of targeted display, video (YouTube) and streaming TV advertising.Working knowledge of new digital media capabilities.Effective relationship building, customer service, communication and negotiation skillsCollege degree preferredPassionate about new and emerging marketing technologyGoal-oriented with a passion for helping clients growSales driven, marketing mindedMore Information :Zimmer Communications is an equal opportunity employer.
