We solve advertiser's challenges with sophisticated campaigns, world-class customer service, and a smile.Job DescriptionDigible, Inc. is looking for a Campaign Manager to join the team and manage/execute all aspects of our Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated individual to join a growing start-up. The right candidate will use their knowledge in the digital media space to help us build the team, develop systems / processes, and continually push new innovative techniques.Primary Responsibilities:Build, optimize, review and report on paid search & social campaigns focused on achieving conversion driven results for our clientsAssist in data analysis and provide metrics based recommendations to internal teams and clientsAssist in establishing industry specific paid search best practices, guidelines, recommendations and objectivesWork collaboratively with teams to write compelling and effective copy for search campaignsDefine and maintain KPIs and benchmarks for clientsMonitor trends of paid search campaigns and analyze how they relate to cross-platform trendsCollaborate with internal teams to influence and build workflow for the Paid Search teamKnowledge and Skills:Ability to translate objectives into actionable plansHighly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindsetSelf-motivated, problem solver with high energy and enthusiasmWillingness to wear multiple hatsGood communication skills, time management and prioritization a mustAbility to research, and understand the customer's perspective and the competitive marketAbility to handle multiple projects, requests, and priorities at the same timeQualificationsQualifications:A minimum of 3+ years of paid media experience managing campaigns with Google, Bing, and facebookMust be able to accurately set up conversion tracking to ensure attribution; specifically call and form submission trackingProven track record in operating with a high level of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a challenging role with cross-functional commitmentsAdditional InformationQualifications:Highly competitive salary with bonus potentialFull benefitsMatching 401kFlexible work schedule with some ability to work remoteEmployee trip incentives#J-18808-Ljbffr
