You're a Great Fit If You're:A resourceful, well-organized go-getter who's always two steps aheadSomeone with a sharp eye for detail and pride in getting things right the first timeTech-savvy and curious , excited to learn new tools and systems (especially for media buys and contract entry)A proactive, positive “let's make it happen” kind of personA strong copywriter (non-negotiable—we need words that work)Cool under pressure and quick on your feet when things move at lightning speedA master multitasker who can juggle numerous tasks without dropping the ballWhat You'll Be Doing:Create, maintain, and reconcile weekly radio logs using Natural LogWrite compelling entertainment & lifestyle-style advertising scripts and ad copy for our clients, and obtain client approvalUpdate and maintain client performance reports as neededSend weekly post logs and airchecks to clients to ensure accurate spot times and placementCollaborate closely with the Production team to prepare show logs, daily program scripts, client podcast interviews, and client audio/video recordingsMaintain the Editorial and Advertising Calendars so the sales and editorial teams are always in the knowUpdate the newsletter doc template with daily sponsors, sponsor intro/outros and sponsor editorial mentionsUpdate the Advertisers Performance Spreadsheet document dailyOnboard sponsor partnership clients and coordinate all assets related to Kim KomandoManage all available inventory for Kim Komando's multimedia platform including, weekly and daily audio, digital, podcast, SXM, and newslettersSupport the SVP of Sales as neededWhat You Bring to the Table:Team-player who pays close attention to detail and loves itFast learner who picks things up quicklyProven copywriting experienceA multitasking pro who loves organized chaosBachelor's DegreeCompensation:$70,000–$80,000 base salary + bonusIf you love media, thrive on deadlines, and get excited about keeping campaigns running smoothly behind the scenes, this is your chance to work with a nationally recognized brand and a fun, fast-moving team.We take great pride in our diverse and talented workforce.
