We are looking for a positive, driven digital marketing specialist with a fluent understanding of digital ad strategies. We utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager (Meta), and more. We're a vibrant, fun, innovative company with headquarters in Atlanta, but this opportunity is remote friendly! The candidate should be ambitious, organized, articulate and a team player. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, launching and monitoring campaigns for various books of clients.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe a subject matter expert for our digital marketing processes, and approach.Assist in maintaining working relationships with key clients.Develop & execute campaigns on various platforms (mostly Meta & Google)Implement & ensure proper tracking and attributionMonitor and report performance of campaignsEffectively manage budgets throughout the monthManage and optimize campaigns utilizing best practicesCollaborate with other departments on research and strategyDemonstrate enthusiasm and passion for growing skills and facing new challengesAssist team members with questions, tasks, and trainings as neededProactively communicate and manage account expectationsSkills & Qualifications2+ years of experience utilizing Google Ads and FB Ads ManagerFamiliarity with analyzing data in Google AnalyticsProactivity in completing daily tasksAbility to work independently as well as with a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsA positive, go-getter attitudeGSM is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
