Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Merchandise Assistant to support product setup, attribution, categorization, and data accuracy for a major retailer's e-commerce business.

This role works closely with Digital Merchandising, Search, Taxonomy, SEO, Analytics, and Merchandising teams to ensure products are accurately represented, categorized, and easy for customers to find online.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product setup and maintenance within the e-commerce platform.

• Review and update product attributes, categories, and customer-facing information.

• Identify and correct missing or inaccurate product data.

• Ensure products are categorized appropriately throughout the website.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product organization and discoverability.

• Troubleshoot product setup, attribution, and system issues.

• Maintain accurate product information and documentation.

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, digital merchandising, product data, or a related field preferred.

• Experience with product attribution, taxonomy, catalog management, or PIM systems is a plus.

• Experience with Salsify, IBM PIM, or similar platforms preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
