Our Client, a Retail Cosmetics company, is looking for a Digital Merchandising Specialist for their Bolingbrook, IL/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
The Digital Merchandising Specialist is responsible for assisting the Digital Merchandising team in the delivery of supporting and executing the online merchandising strategy.
Assist the team to merchandise the site to create an experience that is easy to shop and is relevant.
Assist to ensure categories are positioned competitively online to meet sales, margin, conversion and customer satisfaction goals.
Partner with many cross-functional partners including merchandising, digital product, creative design and development teams.
Report to the Sr Manager Digital Merchandising
Requirements:
1-2yrs relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills
Efficient in a Content Management System (CMS), Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint, a plus.
