Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Digital Merchandising Specialist to oversee the development and continuous enhancement of our online product catalog. This role combines strategic product management with hands-on web merchandising, requiring a unique blend of analytical skills, market insight, and a keen understanding of e-commerce and consumer behavior.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in site merchandising in a direct-to-consumer business is required.
Experience with ShopifyPlus is required.
Experience with onsite search tools like Algolia, Klevu, and SearchSpring.
Strong analytical skills and experience with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Lookr, SEMrush).
Proven ability to manage and optimize product catalogs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative and strategic thinking ability.
Background in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Project management experience and ability to handle multiple priorities.
What You Will Be Doing:
Catalog Management: Manage the online product catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate, SEO optimized, and appealing to our target audience.
Web Merchandising: Design and execute visual merchandising strategies on the website. Optimize product placements to maximize visibility and sales conversion rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to coordinate timely launches, promotions, and site updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on product performance, web traffic, and user engagement metrics. Use insights to drive improvements and innovate merchandising strategies. Derive insights and share out to cross-functional partners.
User Experience Optimization: Lead with best-in-class UX/UI practices to enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring it is customer-focused and brand-aligned.
Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure product availability aligns with marketing and sales forecasts.
