$90-125K based on experience

Digital platforms, mobile applications, analytics, business intelligence, digital marketing, KPI's, dashboard creation, reporting tools, system integrations

We're seeking a technology-focused leader to drive digital platforms, mobile applications, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will partner with IT and business leaders to enhance digital experiences, implement new technologies, and leverage data to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital, mobile, analytics, and reporting initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Manage platform enhancements, integrations, and technology implementations.
• Partner with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Oversee mobile application projects, vendor relationships, and project delivery.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions to support business performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve customer and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading digital platforms, analytics, mobile technologies, or related IT initiatives.
• Strong understanding of systems integrations, data analytics, reporting tools, and digital transformation.
• Experience managing technology projects and third-party vendors.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Financial services, banking, or credit union experience is a plus.
