Position Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Modeler to join our fast-paced design team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-fidelity digital models (both interior and exterior) that accurately capture and display design intent. You'll play a key part in the digital modeling process, assisting with builds, determining the best tools and techniques for accurate execution within project timelines and constraints, and applying your deep understanding of surface development. This position requires strong collaboration skills, as you will translate technical data, interface with multiple departments and personnel, and build relationships across all levels of the design team to achieve our shared goals.Skills Required:3D Modeling / portfolio requiredExperience Required:Proficient in 3D digital modelingOne year of industry experience.Experience Preferred:Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Industrial Design.One year of industry experience.Proven ability to deliver finished 3D digital designs to specifications using software like Alias, Rhino, Blender, Gravity Sketch, AI and other modeling tools. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite and standard office software like Outlook, Word, and Excel.Experience with digital setups, values, and procedures necessary for delivering surface data quickly and accurately.Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation, including prints, engineering sections, hip zones, hard points, draft angles, part breakups, die lock conditions, verification points, etc.High level of problem-solving ability, including the capacity to troubleshoot difficult situations and manage critical timing schedules effectively.Adaptability to constant change, embracing unknown elements, willingness to pick up new skills, and adjusting goals..Strong leadership qualities, an excellent work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and an approachable demeanor.Ability to inspire and embody the OEM values.Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Education Required:Bachelor's DegreeAdditional Information :*FULLY ONSITE*
