Insight Global is seeking Digital Moderators to support a large-scale data collection project with a client of Insight Global. Moderators will oversee participant sessions, assist with technology and device troubleshooting, ensure compliance with project procedures, and help maintain a positive participant experience throughout the study.
Brief participants on study tasks, session expectations, and quality standards.
Prepare, reset, and organize recording environments before and between sessions.
Coordinate daily participant activities and ensure sessions run smoothly.
Support participants using VR headsets and other technology.
Troubleshoot device and mobile application issues as needed.
Follow and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist with device distribution, collection, inventory tracking, and secure storage.
Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the study.
Communicate effectively with participants and project leadership.
