What You'll Do
- Consult and design: Connect with clients to understand their travel dreams, then craft personalized itineraries that embrace slow travel, cultural immersion, and unforgettable moments.
- Delight end-to-end: Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone—transforming concerns into a happy "yes" and ensuring every journey runs smoothly from booking to homecoming.
- Personalize at scale: Use travel insight and AI tools to quickly personalize recommendations, offers, and follow-ups (zero experience welcomed; training provided).
- Optimize and improve: Spot trends in client feedback to refine services, personalize support, and continuously elevate the travel experience.
- Nurture relationships: Provide high-touch, post-booking care and maintain ongoing connections so clients feel supported before, during, and after every trip.
- Be the hero: Deliver top-tier, high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and a smile—creating the magic behind epic adventures.
