We're seeking a passionate Digital Nomad Travel Advisor to design and deliver seamless travel experiences for clients who value flexibility, cultural immersion, and quality over speed. What You'll Do
Consult and design: Connect with clients to understand their travel dreams, then craft personalized itineraries that embrace slow travel, cultural immersion, and unforgettable moments.
Delight end-to-end: Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone—transforming concerns into a happy "yes" and ensuring every journey runs smoothly from booking to homecoming.
Personalize at scale: Use travel insight and AI tools to quickly personalize recommendations, offers, and follow-ups (zero experience welcomed; training provided).
Optimize and improve: Spot trends in client feedback to refine services, personalize support, and continuously elevate the travel experience.
Nurture relationships: Provide high-touch, post-booking care and maintain ongoing connections so clients feel supported before, during, and after every trip.
Be the hero: Deliver top-tier, high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and a smile—creating the magic behind epic adventures.
Nice to Have
Travel industry savvy and comfort with AI tools for quick personalization (preferred, not required — zero experience also welcomed)
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media platforms and influencer-style content creation
