Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the quarterly planning process for the GTM & Sales organization, ensuring alignment and effective execution of sales strategies and financial targets. This role will spearhead the QRF, drive key cross-functional meetings, and facilitate strategic forums geared towards maximizing business performance each quarter. The candidate will also handle ad-hoc analyses and marketing operations alignment, ensuring data-driven decision-making processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Run and optimize the quarterly planning process and QRF for the GTM & Sales organization.
- Build and maintain a programs plan to meet financial targets and ensure resource dependencies are managed across all teams.
- Conduct regular RTB cadences to identify priority issues and initiatives, driving strategic alignment across PMM, GTM, and Marketing.
- Manage the weekly financial outlook and bi-weekly operational reviews within the Sales Operations framework.
- Set up and lead bi-weekly cadences between GTM & Marketing to align on investment strategies and measure efficiencies.
Must-Have Skills:- Strong proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
Industry Experience:- Previous experience in digital sales and marketing operations is highly preferred.
