We are seeking a full-time Digital Operations Support Tech to assist with asset preparation, project scheduling, and title onboarding for film and TV content distribution.
The role involves preparing audio/video files for digital storage, managing digital assets, coordinating production timelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring accurate title setup within our systems.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proficient with media software and MS Office, and able to work independently or in a team. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
Responsibilities include ingesting digital assets, managing disc capacity, creating product SKUs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet production demands. Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
