In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring our website not only works flawlessly across devices but also delights customers, builds loyalty, and drives results. A Sampling of What You'll Do
- Perform website testing using multiple browsers and devices
- Assist in producing digital versions of our print catalog
- Use the website's API client to resolve customer and data issues
- Collaborate with web merchandisers, SEO specialists, marketing experts, and developers to identify and implement website enhancements
- Develop test cases for automated testing tools
- Coordinate testing resources
- Work with Marketing and Digital professionals to improve our customers' online experience
Who We're Looking For
- Associates degree in Computer Science, one year of IT or e-commerce operations experience, or equivalent experience
- Experience with SEO, HTML, test case development, and preferred, but will train the right person
- Ability to communicate effectively, exhibit sound judgment, and deal constructively with staff and leadership
