Position Title:

Digital Platform Manager

Job Description:

The Digital Platform Manager owns OU Health’s internal intranet, The Hub, and oversees over 200 health system administrators contributing and building out content on OU Health's intranet. The role leads platform roadmap and strategy, content lifecycle, governance, taxonomy and user experience, partnering with the Director of Internal Communications on editorial direction and with IT on technical infrastructure. The role ensures The Hub is a living workplace tool, not a static communications asset.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage The Hub end-to-end, including platform configuration, taxonomy, navigation, governance and analytics.
  • Manages daily technical operations and support of over 200 contributors of content.
  • Maintain a prioritized product roadmap; partner with IT and vendors on enhancements, integrations, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Establish standards for publishing, ownership, archival and review across departments; reduce stale content.
  • Use analytics, search data and user feedback to continuously improve findability and engagement.
  • Train and support content owners across the organization; build templates and self-service tooling.
  • Report on usage, search behavior, content performance and roadmap progress.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years of digital platform, intranet or web product management experience. 

License/Certification/Registration Requirements

  • None required.
