Help Global Clients Navigate Digital Banking with Confidence
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, solving problems, and helping customers get the most out of technology? Join U.S. Bank's International Banking team as a Digital Portal Help Desk Specialist, where you'll serve as a trusted partner to corporate and commercial clients using our digital banking platforms.
In this highly visible role, you'll combine customer service, technical troubleshooting, and operational support to help clients navigate digital solutions that support their international banking activities. What You'll Do
As a Digital Portal Help Desk Specialist, you'll support clients who use international banking digital applications and portals. You'll act as a primary point of contact for questions, troubleshooting, and onboarding activities while ensuring a seamless client experience.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $27.50 - $36.68
