    • Monitor press performance, run speeds, uptime, downtime, and production output.
    • Coordinate with Maintenance to resolve equipment issues and reduce recurring failures.
    • Establish and maintain quality standards including first-piece approvals and routine quality audits.
    • Lead, coach, and develop press operators while holding employees accountable for performance, attendance, quality, and productivity.

    • Maintain accurate production information and communicate schedule risks immediately.
    • Monitor key performance indicators including uptime, labor utilization, waste, reprints, first-pass yield, and on-time completion.
    • Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout practices.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, waste, changeover time, and rework.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operator checklists.

    You Must Have:

    • 3-5+ years of commercial or digital print production experience.
    • Strong understanding of digital presses and production workflows.
    • Experience working in a high-volume production environment.

    • Strong communication and employee development skills.
    • Experience using production management systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating procedures.

    We Would Also Prefer:

    • Experience with HP Indigo, Nozomi, or comparable high-production digital printing equipment.
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, A3, 5-Why, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Experience leading multi-shift operations.
    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field.
