Join a growing Graphics Production team specializing in Tradeshow Exhibits, Signage, and Large Format Printing. We are seeking an experienced Large Format Print Production Professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality visual graphics and signage.
This role is responsible for large format printing, laminating, mounting, trimming, finishing, packaging, and shipping graphics to multiple customer locations while maintaining exceptional quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate large/grand format printers and production equipment
• Print, laminate, trim, mount, and package signage and graphics
• Produce signage ranging from simple displays to complex exhibit assemblies
• Read and follow work orders, fabrication instructions, and job tickets
• Maintain machine efficiency while meeting production deadlines
• Operate RIP software and large format printers including HP and EFI Vutek equipment
• Prepare and apply vinyl graphics including cutting, weeding, taping, trimming, and mounting
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Maintain production inventory and supplies
• Safely operate finishing tools, cutting devices, and graphic production equipment
• Prepare shipments and custom packaging for customer deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
Qualifications & Experience:
• High School Diploma required
• 3–5+ years of Large Format Digital Printing experience preferred
• Experience with roll-to-roll and rigid substrate printing
• Mid-level Adobe Creative Suite experience required
(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to prepare and troubleshoot print-ready files and PDFs
• Knowledge of RIP software and color management
• Experience printing on multiple substrate materials
• Proficient with Macintosh, PC, and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing for extended periods throughout shift
• Overtime may be required as needed
• Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Moderate to loud production environment
