Digital & Print Designer
We are currently seeking candidates for a Digital & Print Designer role with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. The Digital & Print Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social, and related marketing channels while ensuring consistency with established brand standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional design experience within an agency or in-house creative environment. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required.

This is a 6-month contract position paying between $35-$40/hour (depending on experience).

This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 3 days on-site in Boston, Massachusetts, and 2 days working from home per week.

Responsibilities:
• Create digital and print marketing materials aligned with company brand standards.
• Design presentations, collateral, social assets, and related creative deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to execute projects on time.
• Support projects from concept through final production with strong attention to detail.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise materials as needed.
• Maintain consistency across branding, typography, and visual design standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing and communication initiatives.
• Assist with layout design, image selection, and production-ready file preparation.
• Help develop creative concepts that support business and marketing objectives.
• Stay current on design trends, creative tools, and marketing best practices.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work required.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Figma preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in branding and visual standards.
