In this role, you won''t just run a machine; you will own the "circulatory system" of our customer deliveries by managing data, initiating high-speed laser print jobs, and ensuring every product meets our zero-defect quality standards. What You'll Do Daily: Drive Results: Manage multiple print stations simultaneously, juggling re-runs and new schedules to ensure we never miss a customer deadline. Technical Problem Solving: Use our ERP system to log materials and troubleshoot equipment abnormalities before they lead to downtime. Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with Facility Managers and Production Leads to pivot quickly when emergency changes or data discrepancies arise. Safety & Quality First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and use PPE to ensure a "Safety-First" environment for yourself and your team. What You Bring: Adaptability: You easily shift between tasks-from data entry to staging materials-with a positive, proactive mindset. Attention to Detail: You take pride in "Team Before Self," checking your work meticulously to ensure accuracy in every print. Physical Agility: Comfortable standing for your shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. Education: High school diploma or GED required.
