As a result, the majority of our staff are hybrid and work both from home and onsite. Our current hybrid approach requires staff to work onsite a minimum of two days each week, every Tuesday and Wednesday. Hybrid staff are also welcome to come in additional days each week or may be asked to come in on other days by their manager.

Our commitment to quality journalism will strengthen community connections at home, across the Commonwealth, and throughout New England.
The Digital Producer creates, publishes, and promotes NEPM's locally produced content across web and social platforms, supporting the organization's multi-platform mission to reach audiences wherever they are. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, with strong audio and video production experience and a solid understanding of social media best practices.
This is a full-time, grant-funded role anticipated to last one year, with potential extension based on performance and future funding. The position is on-site and requires regular travel throughout Western Massachusetts. Reliable transportation is required.
