SUMMARY
The Digital Product Analyst will support the the day to day support and coordination of digital products within the Digital Banking Department. The Digital Product Analyst will work with the Digital Banking team to support the coordination and ongoing upleep of digital products, hep maintain strong internal controls, and contribute to delivering high quality financial services for the Bank.
Ensures compliance with established company policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program, Right to Financial Privacy Act (state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act.
REQUIRED DUTIES
Collaborates to gain an understanding of the bank's digital strategy, products, services, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Provides support by helping to research and coordinate technology solutions that align with Digital Banking goals and improve efficiency and service quality.
Conduct data-driven analyses to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital banking product and services.
Helps prepare regular reports by maintaining performance dashboards to track key digital product metrics.
Assists with product launch readiness activities by coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations,Support, Training, Legal, Risk, IT, and Compliance.
Provides troubleshooting support by accurately assessing the customer's product issues and providing recommendations for resolving the problem.
Helps support communications and coordination with external partners during the onboarding and rollout of new digital products and services.
Assist in identifying and documenting product issues reported by users and help develop recommendations or escalate appropriately for resolution.
Stays informed on trends and changes in digital banking products and services to help keep the bank's offerings relevant.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. Pay $48,700 - $77,000 per year. The salary reflects the full, reasonably expected salary range for this position. Salary is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Successful candidates may be eligible for bonus, stock, commissions, and incentives at the Company's sole discretion. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which vary depending on the position ultimately offered. All employees are offered paid sick time off.
