Job Summary:
You will drive revenue and efficiency gains by guiding and assisting internal and external customers in the development of best-in-class business technology solutions. You will boost internal and external customer satisfaction by coordinating the successful, continuous delivery of technology platforms. You will also maximize IT efficiency by managing the technical project roadmap to ensure a steady stream of "developer ready" projects.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
- Capture and organize business requirements and stakeholder ideas received through the intake process into a backlog of product features, enhancements, and project initiatives.
- Lead requirements analysis by working closely with business stakeholders and development teams to identify and estimate feasibility, risks, dependencies, business impact, and resource needs for proposed technology solutions.
- Maintain prioritized product roadmaps created from the product backlog and perform release planning to meet technology vision and business strategy.
- Lead backlog grooming and deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, user stories, well-defined acceptance criteria, wireframe diagrams, process maps, etc.
- Participate in the delivery process through attending the necessary meetings, conducting pre-release testing, demonstrating new features for business stakeholders, and gathering stakeholder feedback.
- Develop functional application documentation & user guides.
- Support IT leadership to implement and incorporate new technology platforms into the digital portfolio.
