The Digital Product Analyst, Timpani Centralized Scheduling & Staffing (CSS), supports the pod by translating facility staffing, scheduling, and workforce management needs into actionable product requirements, performing analysis, and producing progress and outcome communications. This role gathers, organizes, and interprets operational, staffing, adoption, and product data to improve centralized scheduling and staffing workflows, staffing decision-making, user experience, labor efficiency, and alignment with business and clinical goals. The analyst works closely with the Associate Product Owner and Product Owner, facility and division staffing leaders, Nursing leadership, frontline operational users, technology teams, and other cross-functional partners to provide insights that shape the product development lifecycle. DT&I’s mission is to bring innovative technology solutions to HCA’s clinical and administrative frontline, reshaping healthcare processes to improve patient outcomes, empower clinicians and operators with insights, and drive greater efficiency for all. In this role, you will help make scheduling and staffing workflows more intelligent, standardized, and efficient so facilities can place the right person in the right place at the right time.
