Job Summary:

Are you a curious, driven undergraduate passionate about digital experiences, technology, and problem-solving? As a Digital Product Management Intern, you will play a hands-on role in our global Digital Unification initiative—a transformative program focused on unifying our digital ecosystem and relaunching modern, consumer-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, user experience, and technical execution. Working alongside Senior Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Engineering partners, you will contribute directly to feature research, user story definition, business process mapping, and launch readiness. This internship is an ideal launchpad for anyone aspiring to build a career in digital management, business analysis, or agile technology delivery.

Duration: June 7, 2027 - August 12, 2027

Key Responsibilities: 

• Product Management & Backlog Support: Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to define user stories, groom product backlogs, clarify acceptance criteria, and track delivery progress across sprint cycles.

• Research & Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct user experience, market, and feature benchmarking research to identify digital best practices and inform product decisions for the relaunch.

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Assist in documenting business requirements, mapping current vs. future-state user workflows, and identifying operational dependencies across global business units.

• Launch Readiness & Quality Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), feature validation, and issue triage to ensure digital deliverables meet quality standards ahead of major rollout milestones.

• KPI & Performance Tracking: Collaborate with digital analytics teams to monitor performance metrics, track unification KPIs, and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Help organize workshops, maintain project documentation, and facilitate communication across regional teams, agencies, and cross-functional project leads.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program, in your 3rd or 4th year majoring in Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Marketing/Digital Marketing, or a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear requirements, presentations, and documentation.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: Eager to dive into details, analyze business processes, and break down complex problems into clear, manageable steps.

• Product & Tech Curiosity: Basic understanding of or strong interest in digital product development, user experience (UX) principles, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Organization & Detail Orientation: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.

• Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Miro is a plus. AI familiarity and curiosity to learn more. 

• Pet Passion: A passion for pets and supporting pet parents is a huge plus!

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $24.00 - $25.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
