Digital Product Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract with Potential for Extension or Full-Time Conversion
Pay: $48–$52/hour

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join a collaborative team supporting enterprise digital platforms and customer-facing web experiences. This role is ideal for a product professional who enjoys partnering with business and technology stakeholders, driving digital enhancements, and delivering high-impact solutions in an Agile environment.

You'll play a key role in managing product backlogs, gathering business requirements, coordinating testing efforts, and helping shape the roadmap for enterprise digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs within an Agile delivery framework.
  • Translate business needs into scalable digital product enhancements and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Development, QA, and Business partners to deliver successful releases.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate functionality, and drive quality assurance efforts.
  • Analyze testing results, product performance, and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Participate in product planning, roadmap development, sprint planning, and release activities.
  • Communicate project status, priorities, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance digital experiences and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Product Development, Digital Platforms, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into product solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar content management system (CMS).
  • Experience coordinating testing efforts and partnering with QA teams to ensure successful product releases.
  • Ability to interpret testing results, analytics, and performance metrics to support product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certification (CSPO, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics and optimization tools.
