IDR is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Eagan, Minnesota. This role involves managing the development and enhancement of inpatient digital solutions that improve workflow for healthcare professionals, patients, and visitors. The company specializes in healthcare IT solutions and innovative digital tools within clinical settings.
Position Overview for the Digital Product Manager:
- Oversee the ongoing development and growth of a digital whiteboard solution used by patients, visitors, physicians, and nurses.
- Manage the product backlog, define user stories, and prioritize features and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, nursing informatics, and technical teams to ensure integration with clinical workflows.
- Partner with design teams and provide support for operational teams in training and communication.
- Ensure quality through comprehensive testing and risk mitigation throughout the development cycle.
Requirements for the Digital Product Manager:
- Proof of a detail-oriented mindset to ensure quality, including the ability to identify potential risks and escalate appropriately with affected stakeholders.
- Previous healthcare or health IT experience.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong collaboration skills with clinical and technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs and define user stories effectively.
