Location: Hybrid (1x a week onsite) Seeking a Digital Product Manager to support customer-facing connectivity experiences across web and mobile applications. This role will partner with stakeholders, UX, and engineering teams to define requirements, manage priorities, and deliver seamless digital customer experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience
- Strong background supporting customer-facing digital products
- Experience writing requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering roadmap initiatives
- Ability to advocate for customer experience and influence business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of end-to-end digital customer journeys
- Connectivity or telecom experience preferred but not required
