Digital Product Owner

Kforce's client in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Digital Product Owner to support enterprise digital product initiatives focused on financial applications and customer-facing platforms. This role will work closely with Digital Product Managers, Scrum Masters, development teams, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable Agile requirements and drive successful product delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable user stories.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Digital Product Managers and line-of-business stakeholders to understand product scope, priorities, and business requirements
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and detailed user stories
• Refine and manage product backlogs within Agile delivery teams
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and engineering teams during Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Coordinate cross-functionally across business, technology, and delivery teams
• Support applications tied to financial products including deposits, lending, and credit card platforms
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and Agile workflows
• Provide guidance and informal leadership across product and delivery teams
