Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Digital Product Owner. This role is crucial in driving the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering continuous value to the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in Product Management, SAFe Agile, and Scrum.
Proven ability to develop and communicate product vision and roadmap.
Experience in backlog management and user story creation.
Strong stakeholder alignment skills, acting as a liaison between business leaders, executives, customers, and the development team.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
UI/UX Experience Design.
Experience with Agile Way of Working.
Domain expertise in Product Ownership.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the overarching product vision and roadmap.
Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
Write granular user stories and precise acceptance criteria.
Set sprint goals and dictate release plans for continuous delivery of value.
