Job Description
We’re looking for a Digital Production Designer to play a key role on our design team. This position is responsible for formatting and producing a wide range of digital assets that enhance the desktop and mobile customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with UX Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Developers. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to bring creative concepts to life through precision and executions supported by a strong work ethic, exceptional organization, and clear communication skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Senior Design team to support asset creation
- Prepare and deliver final files for desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring adherence to all project specifications
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver final creative assets, identifying and resolving any content discrepancies
- Conduct thorough quality control by reviewing all assets prior to delivery
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, documenting updates and enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital production or design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional visual design skills and aesthetic sensibility
- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects a plus).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience;Bachelor's Degree preferred
