The Digital Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives within a Midwest-based supercenter's Digital/E-commerce team.
They will be responsible for delivering the Digital Roadmap, managing cross-functional dependencies, resource planning, risk mitigation, and reporting to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project leadership, 2+ years in Program Management and Scrum Master roles, and 1+ year in Scaled Agile/SAFe environments.
Experience in retail or digital/E-commerce is essential, along with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is required.
Nice-to-haves include PMP, SAFe Agile, and Scrum Master certifications.
