Job Title:Digital Project Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote)
Duration:12+ Month Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Content Planner to support Agency. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing digital campaigns across websites, email, social media, video, display, and retailer platforms. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital assets, content publishing, campaign coordination, QA, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced marketing or agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute digital content across web, email, social, video, display, and retailer channels.
  • Manage content calendars, campaign assets, digital trafficking, and QA.
  • Partner with project managers, digital strategists, media agencies, and creative teams to ensure timely campaign launches.
  • Organize digital assets, maintain accurate specifications, and support reporting and campaign documentation.
  • Monitor multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 4+ years of professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, media planning/buying, digital project management, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience supporting digital campaign activations across website, email, social, video, and display channels.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Workfront, Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager, Adobe Photoshop, or Scanova.
  • Agency or digital marketing environment experience.
  • Background in digital project management, media planning/buying, or marketing operations.

Note: Candidates with experience primarily focused on graphic design, copywriting, or creative asset creation (rather than digital content execution and campaign management) are not the ideal fit
